Jessica Chuang
Jessica Chuang is the managing partner of the Firm. She has extensive experience in the areas of corporation, finance, banking, insurance, securities, securitization, real property, derivatives, cross-border investment and dispute resolution.
Representative Cases or Matters

  • Represented global and domestic companies and financial institutions in merger and acquisition transaction, asset transfer transaction, sale and purchase of shares. Clients include insurance companies, banks and securities firms.
  • Provided legal advices relating to and reviewed agreements, including labor disputes, consumer disputes, lease agreement, computer system agreements, client agreements, etc.
  • Represented foreign and domestic companies in transactions relating to sale and purchase of real estate (land, buildings, hotels and department store), real estate trust beneficiary right and other real estate related right; real estate lease; sale and lease-back transactions. Clients include insurance companies, offshore funds and listed companies.
  • Represented clients in transaction relating to trust, syndicated loans, factoring transactions, financing projects, domestic funds, offshore funds, derivative transactions, securities, collateral, etc.
  • Represented clients in non-performing loan transaction. Clients include Chang Hwa Bank, Central Deposit Insurance Corp., Taiwan Cooperative Bank, China Development Industrial Bank, First Commercial Bank and Hua Nan Commercial Bank
  • Represented clients in disputes relating to intellectual property. Clients include offshore companies.
  • Represented domestic insurance companies in their cross-border transactions. Including investment in China.
